Diagnostic and booking flow: name, email, company (optional), goal, described problem, urgency level, estimated process time and cost, scheduling data (time slot and time zone), basic request source data (page, referring domain, and campaign parameters when present), and an internal summary to prepare the meeting.
Browsing and analytics data: only if you accept analytics cookies (Google Analytics), in aggregated form.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling inquiries and requests received through contact. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing diagnostics, qualifying requests, and coordinating meeting sessions. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, consent.
- Measuring and improving website usage. Legal basis: consent for analytics cookies.
4. Data retention
Contact data and inquiries are kept as long as needed to manage the request and follow-up, with an indicative maximum of 12 months unless a different legal obligation applies.
Diagnostic and booking data are kept with an indicative maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, unless a different legal obligation applies.
Cookie preferences are kept for 24 months.
5. Recipients and transfers
Personal data is not sold or disclosed to third parties, except where legally required.
To provide the service, professional providers may be used (for example cloud productivity services, scheduling, email, and analytics), acting as processors under their corresponding terms.
Some providers may involve international data transfers, applying the legally required safeguards in each case.
6. Profiling and automated decisions
The system generates an internal priority score to better prepare each session. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made.
